This warm 60-minute class combines a fun, high-energy 30-minute power flow with a 30-minute smooth cool-down of yin yoga postures. No experience is required.
This power-packed class energizes your entire body with music. We strengthen the core, glutes, legs, and arms while enhancing mobility through asana, using light weights. Heated to 90-95 degrees.
